TASTE
A wine passionately obtained from hand-picked Merlot grapes. Vinification in steel. Refinement in bottle. It introduces itself with an impenetrably dense, intense red coloring and has a minty balsamic spicy bouquet in which a plumb and berry taste dominates all other red fruits and complete its olfactive profile. It is dense and harmonious to the palate which it caresses with persuasive tannins and a long-lasting, elegant, fruity smoothness.

Serve at a temperature of 16° celsius with cold cuts, pasta with venison sauce, roasted meat, red meat and venison.
