TASTE
Wine obtained from a rigorous selection of Grechetto, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested by hand. The vinification in stainless steel tanks and the volcanic soils of the vineyards give the wine a marked freshness and sapidity which is evident in the straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, on the nose with mineral notes and white flowers and on the palate with a pleasant drinkability.

Serve at 8° - 10° C as an aperitif or in combination with fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
